TUEKitchen COVID Procedures

At The Unicorn Effect, LLC. TUE Kitchen and ruebyTUE, the health and safety of our team and guest is top priority every day. During this time, we have increased our diligence to keep our community healthy and safe. We are following the public health recommendations of state and local health departments, the Center for Disease Control, and the World Health Organization regarding COVD-19 and MonkeyPox.

We are taking the following extra steps to ensure to health and safety of our team and clients;

  • Offering curbside pickup and contactless delivery options. 

  • Increased cleaning and disinfecting of all high-contact surface areas.

  • Continued deep cleaning and sanitization of our kitchen daily.

  • Educating our team on preventative measures including an increased frequency of our already diligent hand washing policy.

  • We require temperature checks of team members and weekly testing.

  • We require our team to wear the face mask and gloves provided per shift. To keep us all safter, anyone entering our space must also wear a face covering. 

  • We follow strict and thorough handwashing guidelines issued by the FDA and CDC. Team members change gloves every 30 minutes to an hour.

  • Offered boxed meals to reduce guest contact.

  • We seal our packaging and delivery bags to ensure your food is safe after it leaves our kitchen. 

  • Team members are required to stay home if they do not feel well. 

TUEKitchen Hours of Operation

TUEKitchen is open Friday to Monday.
We offer Pickup in Stockbridge Fridays 8a to 2p + 6p to 9p, Saturdays 10a to 4p, and Mondays 8am to 2pm

TUEKitchen is open for Delivery within a 30-to-50-mile radius of Stockbridge, Georgia, on Sundays 11a to 3pm, and some Saturday Delivery (TBA). 

TUEKitchen Blackbox Polices 

At TUEKitchen Weekly Special is available on Sundays Only with Contactless Delivery. Weekly Menu TBA via Menu and IG: theunicorneffectt

All orders must be placed in TUEKitchen Online Ordering System by Thursdays at 5pm

All Orders will receive Confirmation via text and email within 24-48 Hours.
Customer is required to respond to text confirmation. Lack of response in respective time will result in forfeit of order.

ALL BLACKBOX ORDERS ARE FINAL. Please be sure to review every bit of information prior to checkout. 

PLEASE NOTE: The Delivery Time Chosen is not Always the Delivery Time it will be. 

Delivery route is curated based off the location of customers, not be the date order was placed. 

Ex: 1. 4 Customers in Dekalb then 2. 3 Customer in Clayton then 3. 2 CUstomers in Henry County.

TUEKitchen Predesigned Sweets & Catering Polices 

All Predesigned Menus are located in TUEKitchen Online Ordering Portal. Because these menus are predesigned, we allow minimal changes/addons to the package. Drastic Changes will qualify your order as a custom order. 

Predesigned Menus require at a minimum of 7 Day Ordering from intended Need Date. Any orders placed within less than 7 Day Notice will be subject to a $50 Rush Fee, which will be invoiced to the customer, invoice must be paid in full within 24 hours of invoice. 

All Predesigned Menu Catering and Sweets will be paid in full via TUEKitchen Online Ordering Portal. 

TUEKitchen Custom Catering & Sweets Polices 

All TUEKitchen Customs must be inquired via Custom Catering Form.

Please complete the form with as much information as possible even upload your inspiration, this helps keep confusion down and helps gives us a clear understanding of the customer. 

Once the form has been completed, please allow 24-48 Hours for an email of approval or denial. 


We REQUIRE a Two Week (14 DAY) Notice for All Custom Orders. 

A retainer of $50 secures your event date. This required fee is nonrefundable but is transferable to an acceptable booking date. 50% of the order total is due within 48 Hours of Invoice date. If a second invoice is needed a process fee of $10 will be applied. 

Any orders inquired with less than fourteen days' notice will be subjected to a rush fee.

FINAL PAYMENTS must be paid within 7 days of intended need date. All unpaid invoices will be canceled.
